The deadline for PCT to enter the national phase in the United States is 30 months from the priority date. Submit the application and pay the fees within two months to resume entering the national phase.

The official language for US patent applications is English. If the international application is submitted in another language, an English translation must be submitted after the application is submitted and submitted according to official notification. The official notification will specify the allowed period, usually two months from the date of notification. After paying the corresponding fees, further extension can also be granted.

In order to obtain the application date, the US PCT national phase patent application should include the following information:

• A copy of the international application, unless notified in advance by the International Bureau (if the international application is not in English, the translation should be included);
• Executed vows or statements (can be submitted after a 30 month deadline);
• National expenses;
• Information Disclosure Statement (Existing Technical Details).
